The dates for the SOLAS Film Festival '09 have been announced

The SOLAS 20009 will be held over three days, from 29th - 31st of May of this year. Last year the festival was launched as an one day event on the summer solstice day to mark the celebration of the main theme of light . We have moved the festival dates to the June bank holiday weekend and from now on it will be held on that weekend.

We are presenting a full programme of captivating films, practical workshops, a short film competition, a family film and great fun.

In order to ensure the success of this event we need your support. And you can show your support by joining our Friends' Scheme. By becoming a friend you will secure your seat to see all our fine films and you will be invited to all our events.

Through supporting the festival in this way you are ensuring that it becomes an annual event in Skerries social events calendar.

Looking forward seeing you again.
